Grants for visiting researchers and postdocs

Boğaziçi University, Industrial Engineering Department solicits visiting researcher co-fund grant applications

Our department would like to host postdocs and more experienced researchers with the European Commission Horizon 2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Cofund program “Co-Funded Brain Circulation2 Scheme (CoCirculation2): http://cocirc2.org.tr/ contingent on successful application and winning the award. 

All researchers of any nationality holding a PhD degree are eligible for application. Monthly living and mobility allowances of 5050 Euro (before taxes) and monthly Research, Training and Networking costs of 800 Euro will be allocated for each project for 2 years.

Applicants are invited to choose a faculty member from our department related to their research interests as mentor and prepare a research proposal. Research areas in our department include (but are not limited to): 

Optimization, Graph Theory, Integer Programming, System Dynamics, Energy Policy and Planning, Applications of Operations Research in Healthcare and Telecommunications, Data mining, Scheduling, Factory Logistics and Simulation in Digital Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Stochastic Models, Ergonomics.
